I must admit the outlook appears very grim: the President of the United States is a senile old man, the ruling party is immediately facilitating gun confiscation and human trafficking on the southern border, the opposition party is lead by gatekeepers and grifters, 70% of my fellow New Hampshire residents approve of our tyrant governor, more than half of my regular guest and friends have been targeted and imprisoned by the Secret Police, and I’m back to living in my father’s house.
I can’t say I ever would’ve imagined finding myself in this situation back when I was celebrating Donald Trump’s victory in 2016 with people who are now in prison. Growing up we were told in school that we will be entering a world of freedom, peace and opportunity but instead we’re living through an oppressive police state, civil strife and the prospect of being the last free generation of the West.
It appears as if all hope is lost, but we will endure. There’s still plenty of information to be gathered, discussions to be had and stories to be told because knowing is half the battle, politics is downstream from culture and the pen is indeed mightier than the sword. I originally got drawn in to the world of journalism and media because of my interest in writing before I got distracted by talk radio, and it’s high time I got back to writing regularly again.
Through this platform I will be covering topics more in more depth than I am able to on the show in a much more concise manner so expect pre-show writeups, research articles, commentaries, ethics audits, and much more!
