There really isn’t any purely good news anymore is there? I consider the fall of 2020 as the end of quarantine and the beginning of the nationwide lockdown, because by then it was obvious that medical martial law wasn’t doing anything to prevent the spread of an overhyped cold virus. I didn’t notice much of a change where I was living when Governor Sununu forced a mask mandate on the state because local governments and businesses had mandates of their own in place already, and now that the state-wide mandate has been lifted I’m equally unaffected. The only noticeable change I’ve felt is an increase in disdain towards the majority of my fellow citizens, whose chief concern today was whether their favorite businesses would be continuing to enforce mask wearing. I feel even more disdain for his “excellency” Sununu II for taking the credit of rescinding a tyrannical measure he implemented in the first place. Now he’s going to go back to being the blue-blooded New England conservative and hopefully will win a senate seat so the state can be rid of him, because with Republicans like him who needs democrats?
